Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrive in Kathmandu.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu valley, you will be received by our office representative. You will be transferred to the hotel where you'll rest overnight.
DAY 2 Kathmandu city tour and trip preparation.
Have breakfast and get ready for a guided tour of Kathmandu city. Visit Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. All of these places are listed under UNESCO world heritage sites and give you a glimpse of the historical culture of Kathmandu city. Later at the hotel, you will be briefed about the daily activities and about the journey we are about to head on to. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 3 Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani.
We will start with a drive to Sundarijal which takes around an hour, and we begin our trekking from Sundarijal. The trail slowly goes up with pine and oak forest inside the Shivapuri National Park. The national park is a decent spot for bird watching. Climbing on stone steps, we reach the small village of Chisapani which features a mind-blowing vista of the Ganesh Himal and Langtang Himal ranges. Overnight in Chisapani.
DAY 4 Trek to Nagarkot.
Start the day early to witness the breath-taking view of the rays of rising sun spreading colors over the white peaks. After breakfast, our trek begins and leads through Chauki Bhanjyang on a flat trail. We proceed with the beguiling trails leading us towards Nagarkot. Nagarkot, by a wide margin, is a standout amongst the most prominent places for sunrise and the perspective of Himalayas. Himalayan ranges extending from Annapurna in the west to Everest in the east can be seen from Nagarkot. Overnight in Nagarkot.
DAY 5 Trek to Dhulikhel.
We'll wake up before dawn and head to the Nagarkot viewpoint to watch the mesmerizing sunrise over the high Himalayas. After breakfast at the hotel, we'll start our trek towards Dhulikhel. A few ascents and descents on stone steps as well as flat trails through the forest and terraced fields take us to small villages before reaching Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is a residential area of the Newar, an indigenous group of the valley, and is vibrant with the everyday chores of the New people. Overnight in Dhulikhel.
DAY 6 Trek to Namo Buddha.
From Dhulikhel, the trail ascends via 1000 steps to the Kali Mandir, a shrine devoted to Goddess Kali. From here, the trail drops down to the town of Kavre and past a line of shops and tea houses. The trail then climbs through pine forest past Phulbari and after a few ascends and descends, you reach Namo Buddha. Namo Buddha, also known as Thangru Tashi Yangtse Monastery, is a Buddhist pilgrimage site housing around 250 monks. Overnight in Namo Buddha.
DAY 7 Trek to Panauti and drive back to Kathmandu.
After having an early breakfast, we start our journey towards Panauti. Panauti is around 7 miles from Namo Buddha and is a peaceful Newar town with some exceptionally pleasant Hindu shrines. The traditional houses of the Newar lined up on each side of the wide alleys have played an important role in establishing Panauti as a tourist area. After spending a few hours in Panauti, we drive back to Kathmandu and drop you at the hotel where you'll be staying overnight.
DAY 8 Departure day.
You will be driven to the airport by our office representative for your scheduled flight to your further destination.
