Annapurna circuit with Tilicho Lake trek, also known as the Round Annapurna Trek is undoubtedly one of the best world classic trekking in the Annapurna Region. The 23-day Annapurna Circuit Trek offers trekkers an opportunity to witness changing landscapes, religious diversity, rich culture; and its scenic beauty all at once. The specialty of Annapurna Circuit trek is that it passes through 4 different regions; which give the trekkers to experience changing scenery every day, every hour and every moment. Since the trekking starts from less than 1000m, we get to explore different Himalayan range from the bottom to the top.

The route takes to Tilicho Lake which is considered the highest lake in the world. The view of the lake is surreal. Thorong La pass situated at 5416m above sea level is the highest point of the trek. The top of the pass provides the extraordinary and mesmerizing 360-degree view of different mountains like Mt Annapurna I (8091m), Mt Annapurna II (7937m), Mt Annapurna III (7937m), Mt Annapurna IV (7755m), and Mt Dhaulagiri (8167m), Mt Manaslu (8163m), Tukuche peak and Tilicho peak (7134m) that is off limits to climb.

The trek also passes through the two largest rivers; Kali Gandaki Gorge and Marsayangdi River. Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m) - A, D.
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you’ll be greeted by your trek guide who will transfer you to your hotel in the bustling heart of the city. After a long journey, take the rest of the day to unwind and absorb the energy of Kathmandu. You can explore its vibrant streets, visit nearby temples, or simply relax at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner, which will prepare you for the adventure ahead.
DAY 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule (760m), 6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Leaving behind the capital, we drive towards Besisahar and then to Bhulbule. We follow the narrow and paved road alongside the Trishuli River enjoying the scenic view throughout the ride. Upon reaching Besisahar, we are blessed with the amazing view of snow-capped mountains. We trace our drive to our destination Bhulbhule. Overnight at Bhulbhule.
DAY 3 Trek from Bhulbhule to Jagat (1,300m), 6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
The first day of the trek starts as you leave Bhulbhule to reach the small village of Jagat. Follow the trails of Marsayangdi River upstream in a forested trail and pass through several settlements of mixed ethnicities until you arrive at the waterfall in Syange. Then, accompanied by the views of Lamjung Himal (6983m), you ascend by the riverside until you reach Jagat. Overnight in Jagat.
DAY 4 Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (1,860m), 6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Walking through lush forests, you continue following Marsayangdi River with a few waterfalls adding allure to the landscape. After a gradual incline amid the terraced fields, you enter Manang district as you reach the village of Tal. You then cross a Mani wall and walk through the forest on a winding path to reach Dharapani. Dharapani hosts a beautiful vista of Lamjung Himal (6983m) and Annapurna II (7937m). Overnight in Dharapani.
DAY 5 Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,650m), 6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
As you ascend from Dharapani, you reach the confluence of Marsayangdi River and Dudh Khola at Bagarchhap, from where you ascend to the village of Timang. You pass along few temples and monasteries as you continue your descend to Chame via Thanchowk and Koto with unending views of Lamjung Himal (6983m) and Annapurna II (7937m). Overnight in Chame.
DAY 6 Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang (3,300m), 6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
The trail mostly follows Marsayangdi River giving you a continuous view of the emerald river with a backdrop of the Annapurna massif behind the tall green hills. An ascent through the pine forest with only two villages en route, you arrive in Dhikur Pokhari. Then, a steep climb uphill takes you to the picturesque village of Upper Pisang. Overnight in Upper Pisang.
DAY 7 Trek from Upper Pisang to Manang (3,540m), 7/8 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Our walk to Manang from upper Pisang pass through wonderful villages, Monasteries and Lama Schools. Relishing the beautiful scenery in the background, we make our way up to the village of Manang. Manang is a beautiful village inhabited by Manangi from where the view of Annapurna, Chulu peak, Gangapurna, Khangsahar, and other mountains can be seen. Overnight at Lodge in Manang.
DAY 8 Manang: Acclimatization day - A, B, L & D.
We take a day off trekking for acclimatization. We go for a short and pleasant hike up to Gangapurna Lake or Bhojo Gumba. We also explore nearby Manang village visiting old Buddhist monasteries, mountaineering schools, Chortens and also get an opportunity to learn about the culture of Manang. Overnight stay at Manang.
DAY 9 Trek from Manang to Siri Kharka (4,210m), 4/5 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Leaving behind the beautiful Manang, we head towards Siri Kharka. Our trail today descend through steep hill which then leads us to Marsayangdi River. We continue our trek crossing a suspension bridge over a Jharsang Khola before arriving at Siri Kharka. Overnight in Lodge at Siri Kharka.
DAY 10 Trek from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m), 4/5 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Ascending through steep trails we walk past few monasteries, colorful Chortens, prayers flag and a dense forest full of juniper trees and sea buckthorn bushes on our way. We also cross several streams and continue our walk through Zig-Zag slope to finally reach Tilicho Base Camp. Overnight at Lodge.
DAY 11 Visit Tilicho Lake (4,920m) then back to Siri Kharka (4,210m), 8/9 hrs - A, B, L & D.
We take a short walk to visit the pristine Tilicho Lake which is the highest lake in the world. We are also rewarded with the extraordinary view of Tarke Ghyang, Gangapurna and Kangsar Himal from the lake. After spending some quality time and taking photographs, we retrace our trail back to Siri Kharka. Overnight at Lodge.
DAY 12 Trek from Siri Kharka to Ledar (4,200m), 6/7 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Moving alongside the Marsayangdi River we continue our trek to Ledar. Passing the beautiful village of Manang and appreciating the beauty of Nilgiri Himal and Himchuli we arrive at Ledar. Overnight at Lodge in Ledar.
DAY 13 Trek from Ledar to Phedi (4,525m) - High Camp (4,925m), 5/6 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Following the flow of the Marsayangdi River on the side, we trek through the forested trail filled with oaks, pines and juniper trees. We make our way up further to Thorang Phedi ascending through mountain path. Overnight at High camp.
DAY 14 Trek from High Camp to Thorong La Pass (5,416m) - Muktinath (3,760m), 8/10 hrs - A, B, L & D.
Leaving behind the Thorang Phedi, we begin our trek to head towards Muktinath. We ascend to Thorong La pass which is the highest point of our trek. Upon reaching the top of the pass, we can see the most amazing view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna massif, Manaslu and other mountain peaks. We then descend to the holy temple of Muktinath which is a sacred pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Overnight at Lodge.
DAY 15 Trek from Muktinath to Kagbeni (2,810m), 4/5 hrs - Jomsom (2,720m), 3 hrs - A, B, L & D.
We visit a Muktinath temple early in the morning and start our trekking to Jomsom. Following the flow of the Kaligandaki River, we trek towards Kagbeni. Relishing the amazing landscape in the background, we continue our trek towards the picturesque village of Jomsom. Overnight at Lodge.
DAY 16 Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 25 mins - A, B, L & D.
A 25 flight will take us back to the Pokhara and you will be transferred to your hotel to enjoy the day as per your own discretion. Explore beautiful lake city, Pokhara. The major attractions of Pokhara are boat ride in Phewa Lake, Visit David’s fall, Mahendra cave, and Gupteswor cave. Live music is a good part for an evening with dinner. Overnight at Pokhara.
DAY 17 Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6 hrs) - A, B, L & D.
We drive back to Kathmandu by bus enjoying the countryside view. We transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel.
DAY 18 Final Departure - B.
We drop you at an airport approximately 3 hrs before the scheduled flight.
