Annapurna Yoga Trek – a step towards yoga in a fresh environment
Annapurna Yoga Trek is only for 10 days but will guarantee you a lifetime experience. The trip begins as you drive to Pokhara and enjoy the evening yoga at Pokhara. Pokhara is a tourist destination which is filled with natural beauty, the city of lakes and city with spectacular landscapes that anyone will fall in love with the scenery. Thus breathing fresh air and enjoying yoga in the lakeside of Pokhara, will refresh your mind and body.
We drive to Nayapul and then start trek towards Tikhedhunga. Passing Ulleri and Nangethanti, we reach Ghorepani. Ghorepani is really famous because of Poon Hill. Poon Hill is the favorite spot for every tourist and from here the majestic view of Annapurna range is seen which is beyond amazing. From here we will return back to Ghorepani and trek towards Tadapani. From Tadapani, we finally arrive at Ghandruk which is the biggest Gurung village in Nepal. The ambiance and lifestyle will amaze you as you will experience the majestic view of the mountains in the background. Your mind and body will come to ease with such a scenario. After such an amazing Yoga trip, we move back to Nayapul and Pokhara and perform yoga each day. Annapurna Yoga Trek ends as we move back to Kathmandu.

Itinerary
Namaste, you will be welcomed by our representatives at the airport. You will then be taken to your hotel. Have a rest for some time and then in the evening, you will mediate with our yoga specialist.
Early morning yoga and ride to the religious places -Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Monkey Temple and then to Kathmandu Durbar Square will be the major highlights. These sites are also mentioned by UNESCO as world heritage sites. Unique architectures, cultures and historical importance of these temples and stupas can be known after the visit. In the evening time, you will be taken to a peaceful and convenient location for meditation.
A bus ride to Pokhara will initiate the day after the yoga. Upon reaching Pokhara, feel free to explore the beautiful lakeside view and amazing environment of the place. Different activities such as cycle riding, boating, paragliding, and other fun activities can be done here in Pokhara. After exploration around Pokhara, yoga is done near the lakeside or on the rooftop of the hotel. You can prefer anywhere to do meditation as your own.
Along with the glimpse of sunrise in the early morning, we will have a peaceful meditation. Then we will have our breakfast and take a private vehicle to Nayapul (1070m). Our trek will be started as we hike towards Birethanti (1025m) beside Modi River. Then climb gradually up passing the villages like Sudame (1160), Hille (1430m) and finally reach Tikhedhunga (1540m). After arrival in Tikhedunga, have some rest and then enjoy evening meditation.
After sunrise yoga and breakfast we will head towards Ghorepani (2,880m) through Ulleri (1,960m), Banthanti (2210m) and Nangethanti (2,430m). This day will be the little bit tough as we have to walk 12.9km to reach Ghorepani. We will trek through beautiful rhododendron and oak forest with the beautiful view of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli from Ulleri. Then we will head forward across the Bhurungdi River and a final climb towards Nangethanti. From here, heading towards Ghorepani one will enjoy the jaw-dropping view of stunning Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m). Finally, we will reach Ghorepani and have some rest then evening yoga is done under the stars.
An early start at around 5 is we will ascend towards Poon Hill (3193m). It is a steep climb which is not too hard and takes around 1 hour to reach there. An magnificent view of sunrise over the Himalayan like Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Mt. Annapurna I (8,091m), Mt. Nilgiri ( 7,061m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Hiunchuli (6,443m), Lamjung Himal (6,983m) , Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7,555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Machhapuchhre (6,997m). A peaceful meditation can be done here with the blissful surrounding and return back to Ghorepani and walk towards Tadapani passing through rhododendron woods. Passing through Deurali (3,106m) we descend down to Ban Thanti then continuing the trail we reach Tadapani. After having some rest, evening yoga is done.
After early morning yoga in a peaceful environment, breakfast is served and the trek towards Ghandruk is started. The trail continues steeply through thick mixed forests. Lots of wild Langurs can be seen on the way up on the tall trees. Continuing the trail, we will finally reach Ghandruk Village. Ghandruk is one of the major villages of the Gurung people with Gurung Culture Museum. We can experience the culture and lifestyle of the Gurung people. Then yoga is done by facing towards Annapurna South (7,219m) in a silent surrounding which will be the best memorable moment of your life.
Perform your morning yoga and then we will move to Nayapul and then drive back to Pokhara. On the way, we move down to Birethanti. We will also wander on the stone stairway, pass by the attached farms and reach near to Modi River valley. From Birethanti, it takes an hour to reach Nayapul from where we drive back to Pokhara. Enjoy your yoga at Pokhara.
We drive back to Kathmandu after morning yoga. On the way, we will get to see the enjoyable sight of the river, gorges, peaks, and terraces. Then you will be transferred to the hotel where you can just relax and do your yoga.
Farewell day! We shall drop you at the airport prior to the flight time.
