Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Kathmandu.
Namaste and welcome to the most beautiful country, Nepal. Our representatives will be waiting for you in the arrival section and you will then be picked and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a wonderful welcome dinner with cultural program.
DAY 2 Drive to Sybrubensi by public bus.
We start our trip early morning after a lovely breakfast. We will reach the bus station and start the journey towards Syabrubesi. Along the bus journey, you will drive through the attractive village and you will see snowy peaks along the Langtang Himalaya. It will make your trekking more enjoyable and touch your soul.
DAY 3 Trek to Gatlang Village.
The trail leads you from Sybrubensi to the west that avoids the huge winding corners of the road. Once you reach Bahundanda pass Rongga Bhanjyang (2,180m) you can see the village of Gatlang. The view seems so beautiful and outstanding that you will feel eager to reach Gatlang Village. Walk along the upper part of the road to reach the beautiful traditional village of Gatlang (2,240m), the largest Tamang settlement in the area. Continuing the trail, finally Gatlang Village is reached and here you will be welcomed by the family and you will be taken to their house and then have a good meal with the family.
DAY 4 Explore the day in Gatlang village.
On this day, we will explore Gatlang village. It will take 45 minute day tour uphill to peaceful Parvati Kaunda Lake and its nearby Gompa. The Gompa is full of arts and crafts related with Tamang community so one will be known about the culture and tradition of Tamang people. From the Gompa, you will witness a magnificent view of Langtang (7,234m) and Ganesh Himal (7,422m). Also one can visit water mills and cheese factory of this village. Enjoy the evening at this lovely place and celebrate the day because the trip is near to the end. There will be a special performance known as Syabru dance by the local people which is very entertaining and you will love it for sure.
DAY 5 Trek to Sybrubensi.
Walk along the side trip around Briddim village, explore the Gompa, Chorten and descend slowly through pine forest to Sybrubensi which will take about two and a half hours to arrive Sybrubensi.
DAY 6 Drive to Kathmandu.
After having your breakfast in Sybrubensi take the local Bus to drive back to Kathmandu via Dhunche, Ramche and Trishuli bazaar with the majestic views of Langtang Himalaya. Arrive in Kathmandu and rest at the hotel. Enjoy and stroll around the streets of Thamel.
DAY 7 Departure day.
Today is the farewell day! We shall drop you at the airport and hope to see you soon!
