Everest Panorama Luxury Trek

This 13-day trek will reward you with many beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. The trail of the Everest Panorama Luxury Trek meanders through delightful Sherpa villages such as; Phakding (2,610m), Monjo (2,835m), Namche (3,440m), Tengboche (3,860m) etc. Similarly, Everest Panorama Luxury Trek will afford opportunities to encounter the Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries like that in Tengboche, which is the biggest monastery in the entire Khumbu Region. Not only is the Khumbu region rich with cultural treasures, but is abundant with the incredible natural scenery. Often, we cross Dudh Koshi river on high suspension bridges and it flows along the trail. Along the way, we can capture the scenic views of snowcapped mountains like Mt. Thamserku (6,623m) (6,608m) and Mt. Kongde Ri (6,187m).

Sagarmatha National Park is one of the world heritage sites in the Everest Region. The national park unveils rare wildlife such as red panda, snow Leopard, musk deer any many other wonderful surprises of wildlife await. Furthermore, the mixture of natural beauty, outstanding culture, and warm hospitality from the local people of this region make the Everest Luxury Trek a one-of-a-kind experience.

Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft).
We will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and then transfer you to the hotel in our private vehicle. You can take the time to rest in the hotel after the long journey, and have evening dinner in the hotel and enjoy either Nepali or western cuisine.
DAY 2 Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft).
Enjoy exploring the UNESCO’s world heritage sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square while the splendour unveils of the beauty in the ancient architecture. Other incredible treasures include Boudhanath Stupa, a Buddhist site, and one of the biggest stupas in Nepal. Also explore Pashupatinath Temple, the biggest Hindu temple in Kathmandu. As you explore the city, exciting arts and crafts that reflect Nepali society in these heritage sites are displayed proudly and waiting to be discovered. The evening is for relaxing back at the hotel and enjoying a hearty dinner after a full day of sightseeing.
DAY 3 Fly to Lukla and trek to Monjo (2835m/9,184 ft), 4/5 hrs.
The exciting trek begins from the flight to Lukla; one of the most precarious airports in the world. The flight is a thrilling adventure that allows one to see the beautiful landscapes, valleys, and mountains. After landing we trek to Monjo (2835m), at the foot of Thamserku Peak (6623m), before entering the Sagarmatha National Park. This is the starting point for the Everest Base Camp trek. The route passes through Phakding, and overnights in Monjo.
DAY 4 Trek from Monjo to Namche Bazaar (3,445m/11,302 ft), 3/4 hrs.
The fourth-day trek starts from Monjo, with an ascent in elevation. Here is where we pass through the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. Our guide will take care of the entry permit. The trail consists of bridges and steep climbs that pass through ridges on the way to Namche Bazar. Stunning views of Mt. Nupla (5,885m) from here can be appreciated. At last, the trail breaks out onto the famous tourist hub, Namche Bazar. The famous Sherpa Cultural Museum is also here to enjoy and explore at your leisure. We will spend the night in Namche Bazaar.
DAY 5 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tashinga (3,450m/11,316 ft), 2/3 hrs
From Namche Bazaar to Tashinga the trail winds through pine forests with the panoramic views of spectacular Mt. Amadablam (6,812m) in the background.
DAY 6 Day excursion to Tengboche Monastery and back to Tashinga (3,873m/12,706m), 5/6 hrs.
Day six is an exploratory day to visit Tengboche (3,860m) and the Tibetan Buddhist monastery of Tengboche. This is the biggest monasteries in the whole Khumbu region with many festivals as the focal point for the Sherpa people and culture. While returning back to Tashinga we walk along the Dudh Koshi and pass beautiful rhododendron and pine forests.
DAY 7 Trek from Tashinga to Mende (3,500m/11,480 ft), 4/5 hrs.
On the seventh day, we trek to Mende (3,500m). Beautiful villages like Khumjung, Khunde, and Thesko greet us as we amble along the trail, and arrive finally at Mende. The views of snowcapped mountains like Mt. Thamserku (6,623m) and Mt. Kongde Ri (6,168m) from Mende are incredible. After some rest, you can explore the villages here and have a warm, hearty dinner.
DAY 8 A day excursion to Thame and back to Mende (3,820m/12,530ft), 5/6 hrs.
This day we will hike towards Thame bypassing the villages like Thamte and Samde. In Thame, we will visit the oldest monastery in this Khumbu region known as Thame Gumba. Then go back through the same route and stay overnight in Mende.
DAY 9 Trek from Mende to Phakding (2610m/8,561ft), 4/5 hrs.
On day 9 we will trek back to Phakding (2,610m) from Mende. The mighty Dudh Kosi continues to be our companion as we descend. We will have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and cultural treasure along the way.
DAY 10 Phakding to Lukla (2,800m/9,184 ft), 3/4 hrs.
This is the last day in Phakding, from here we trek to Lukla (2,800m). The trek back to Lukla will take upwards of four hours and then we will stay the night in Lukla. In the evening a wonderfully prepared farewell dinner will provide an excellent opportunity to share thoughts, and experiences of the adventure and is a great opportunity to wind down from this exciting trek.
DAY 11 Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft) 40/45 min.
Day 11 is the return flight to Kathmandu and affords the last chance for views of the incredible Khumbu Region. It takes around 45 minutes to return to Kathmandu. Back in Kathmandu, there an optional trip to Boudhanath to view and participate in doing a “Kora” around this magnificent stupa.
DAY 12 Leisure day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft).
This day is reserved for relaxing and enjoying a final day in Kathmandu. Enjoy some local cuisine, or re-visit some of the sights you took in the first couple of days in Kathmandu.
DAY 13 Departure from Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft).
We will transport you to the international airport in Kathmandu and bid you farewell as you journey home, or continue your trip elsewhere.
